The playbook for being an intentional and impactful leader

Leaders look at the world in a special way

They have a fundamentally different mindset when it comes to their character traits, emotions, relationships, critical thinking, work and politics. I call this unique perspective the “leadership lens.” It is the difference between talkers and doers. Between victims and victors. Between those who feel trapped in mediocrity and those who achieve their biggest goals.

The Leadership Lens helps you see the world the way leaders do

This book will provide concise, pragmatic insights into how leaders think and act - their lens - from the ground up; and give you actionable advice on how to implement their strategies in your own daily life.

Based on extensive day-to-day interactions with leaders across the best companies in the world

Chris Saad is a serial entrepreneur. Over his 25-year career, he has assembled highly effective teams, developed and delivered several products to market, crafted respected brands, and built successful startups.

By the time he was 26, he had started a radio show, a web-strategy agency, a software company, and a tech startup in Australia. He then decided to move to Silicon Valley to take his entrepreneurial endeavors to the next level. It was amongst the tech world leaders that he would fully realize his potential as a technology trailblazer. Over the next ten years, he co-founded the DataPortability project, built a company that powered the social experiences for some of the world’s biggest media companies, and helped build the early product team for Uber.

His philosophy is a fusion of his diverse life experience. The entrepreneurial zeal of Middle Eastern immigrants. The grounding of Australian small-town values. The idealism and the big-picture thinking indicative of the sci-fi genre and the ambition and hustle of Silicon Valley.

Chris now travels the world, serving as a strategic advisor to companies of all sizes. He helps them avoid costly mistakes and fast-forward to the best possible answers as quickly as possible.
